As part of the brand's marketing team, I played a pivotal role in preparing for our participation in the prestigious Asian Art in London 2023 exhibition. My responsibilities included:

Exhibition Display Design and Visual Merchandising: Conceptualized and executed the design of the brand's exhibition space, ensuring an immersive and captivating visitor experience.

Production and Procurement Management: Oversaw the production of all exhibition materials, including signage, graphics, and display elements, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery.

Event Documentation and Photography/Videography: Collaborated with photographers and videographers to capture the essence of the exhibition and create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.

Brand Storytelling: Crafted compelling narratives that showcased the brand's heritage, design philosophy, and the inspiration behind the featured artworks.

Website Integration and Storytelling: Integrated exhibition content into the brand's website, ensuring a seamless and informative user experience.

Artwork Display and Curation: Carefully curated and arranged the brand's artworks, creating a cohesive and visually appealing presentation that highlighted the artistry and craftsmanship of each piece.

During the exhibition, I actively supported the public relations team in managing on-site events and served as an exhibition docent, providing insightful explanations of the brand's story and the artworks on display. In the absence of scheduled PR activities, I remained on-site as a resident docent, ensuring that visitors had a knowledgeable and engaging experience.
